ALL CONTENT IN THIS APP IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
A. AI Islamic Guide:
- AI responses may be INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, or INCORRECT
- AI does NOT replace qualified Islamic scholars
- YOU MUST CROSS-VERIFY all AI responses with scholars and authentic sources
- AI-provided references (verses, Hadith) MUST be verified independently
- We make NO GUARANTEES about accuracy or reliability
- Use AI guidance at YOUR OWN RISK
B. Prayer Times & Qibla:
- Prayer times and Qibla direction may contain ERRORS
- ALWAYS VERIFY with your local mosque or Islamic center
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missed prayers or incorrect timings

C. Islamic Content:

D. No Replacement:

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

5. ELIGIBILITY

6. USER ACCOUNT

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

- Quranic text is divine revelation; translations may be copyrighted by translators

- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In
- Prayer time calculation APIs
- Location services
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are NOT responsible for third-party services.
10. LOCATION PERMISSIONS
By granting location access, you allow us to:
- Calculate prayer times for your area
- Determine Qibla direction
- Provide location-based features
You can disable location access anytime in device settings.
11. NO WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
WE DO NOT WARRANT:
- Accuracy of any content
- Reliability of AI responses
- Correctness of prayer times or Qibla direction
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the app will meet your requirements
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any damages arising from use of the app
- Missed prayers due to incorrect timings
- Religious decisions based on AI or app content
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Loss of data or service interruptions
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE APP.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect and hold harmless NurGuide from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your reliance on app content without verification
- Any content you submit
14. CHANGES TO SERVICE

- Update calculation methods or data sources
- Change the app interface or functionality
We are not obligated to provide advance notice of changes.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS

16. TERMINATION
- You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime
- We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
- Upon termination, you must stop using the app
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with United States jurisdiction.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and NurGuide.
